About Us
Over the last 21 years, Paul M. Stoddard has been committed to practicing law in the state of California. He has handled numerous litigations filed in both Superior and Municipal Courts.
His expertise includes general litigation with an emphasis in Corporate Civil Litigation. He has extensive amount of experience in bankruptcies, foreclosures, creditors remedies and more. If a matter can be settled fairly and in his client's best interests, he will do so. Otherwise, he is prepared to seek the Court's intervention.
Mr. Stoddard received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and received his Juris Doctorate from Glendale College Law. While attending the University of Southern California Law Center, he received Advanced Degrees in Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy Litigation.
He has been admitted to practice law before the 9th District Federal Court of Appeals, the Federal Central District and State Court for California.
In the past, Mr. Stoddard acted as V.P. General Counsel and Secretary for First Trust Bank in Southern California.
There, he maintained active litigation of over 200 cases, negotiated cash collateral agreements in Federal Bankruptcy Court, defended the Bank against all actions brought against it, assisted real estate development subsidiary and obtained prejudgment writs of attachment and possession in the liquidation of delinquent customer businesses.
His experience providing legal representation to the Bank has provided him with a better oversight when handling financial matters for his clients.
